Stage 1-3 are O-tuning alternatives. We need your original cylinder in order to realize the following 3 tuning variants (Stage 1-3). At Stage 4, we will adapt a Quattrini topend from the PX range:
Stage 1 (10 HP):
Slight changes in timing, cylinder honing / drilling, machining of the Meteor piston supplied by us, matching mainjets for your original carburettor and a special box exhaust. The original crankshaft and cylinder head can be reused.
Stage 2 (12 PS):
Changes in the timing, cylinder honing / drilling, machining the Meteor piston supplied by us, matching mainjets for your carburettor, Kingwelle (57 stroke), CNC cylinder head Veloce, clutch incl. pinion and spacer, Pinasco ignition and a special box exhaust.
Stage 3 (14 PS):
Complete conversion to long stroke including all necessary adjustments:
Changes in the timing, cylinder honing / drilling / planning, machining the Meteor piston supplied by us, matching main jets for your carburettor, Kingwelle (60 stroke), CNC cylinder head Rapido, clutch incl. pinion and spacer, primary pinion, Pinasco ignition and a special box exhaust (transfer ports in the carter you have to adjust by yourself).

Stage 4 (22 PS):
Quattrini conversion with adaptation of a M1XL cylinder on a long stroke CNC-Kingwelle crank including all necessary parts and adjustments: Kingwelle long stroke, works on carter, matching foot and head gasket, special long-stroke studs, modified intake manifold and shock absorber mount bracket, clutch, Pinasco ignition and clutch spacer, primary and clutch pinion .
